A warm welcome

A warm welcome awaits you when you arrive at Chantry.

Our home, Chantry Studio, is across the flower-filled courtyard from the Barn and the Gallery.

We have 30 acres of lawns, orchards, walled gardens and fields - all of which you are free to explore.

Our land is now certified organic by the Soil Association. We take great pride in the work we've put in to increase the biodiversity of our fields and hedgerows.

Children can visit the farm, feed the animals, climb the trees and go wild! At Eastertime, they are warmly welcome to get involved in the lambing with us.

A growing smallholding

Depending on the seasons, we have fresh produce available for visitors, including eggs from our chickens and ducks, honey from our bees, fruit from our orchard and vegetables from the veg patch.

Bantham & Bigbury beaches are less than 5 miles; Dartmoor a short drive.

You can walk or cycle from the door on footpaths and bridleways, and Chantry makes a great base for exploring the coast path.

In rainy weather there are several National Trust properties you can visit, sheltered walks along the wooded Avon valley, and the towns of Kingsbridge, Dartmouth, Salcombe and Totnes to potter around.
